Diabliss is fully committed to eradicating slavery and human trafficking.
We believe in the preservation of human rights and refuse to work with companies that do not share our values. We'd like to share with you what we're doing to ensure this principle flows through our supply chain.
Diabliss requires our suppliers to maintain labor standards that respect human rights. We contractually obligate our suppliers to implement our Supplier Code of Conduct. Violations of this Code may result in the immediate termination as a supplier for Diabliss. We verify compliance and evaluate risk through inspections by internal auditors.
Our personnel regularly visit our supplier production facilities to conduct scheduled audits. Our auditors investigate labor practices and working conditions, looking for signs of forced labor, child labor, slavery, and human trafficking.
By committing to our Supplier Code of Conduct, suppliers certify that they source only materials that comply with laws regarding slavery and human trafficking in the countries where they do business.
Our dedication to wiping out slavery and trafficking is not just reflected in our external practices, but in our internal practices as well. Our employees are trained to adhere to our ethics, reflected in our Diabliss Employee Handbook. In particular, Diabliss employees responsible for procurement are trained to recognize potential signs of slavery and human trafficking. Failure to meet these standards results in termination.
